Presentation given by David Douglas and Peter Fant to the National
Ground Water Association annual conference in Albuquerque, New
Mexico in May of 2007.

Power Point presentation regarding recent momentum in the
United States in favor of extending safe drinking water and
sanitation services in the developing world, and description of the
successful colaboration between WEFTA and the Bolivian NGO
by the name of Suma Jayma.
